They don't try to sell you products right then and there; if they believe there may be better options in their online store, they also check that and direct you to their online store. "Went to Pure Hockey to get a plug for my hockey stick that was a little too short. Randy checked me out and asked if I wanted him to put it in for me. I probably could’ve done it at home but figured it would be easier to just have him do it. He put the new end in and after having me tell him the length also cut it down to my desired size and filed the rough edges. All told it took him maybe 4 minutes, would’ve taken me 5 or 6 times that! I really appreciate the friendly service and quality work."
