"I would give them 5 stars for equipment and customer service, BUT dropping it to 2 stars for servicing our scuba equipment. It took twice as long as they say it takes to get our regulators serviced, and they didn't seem to care about the delay. They had our equipment for weeks before they even started working on it (no parts were needed). If we didn't follow up, we would probably have to wait longer. Will never send my scuba gear to service there again."

I asked them if they could do a special configuration for me and they responded to my email within 10 minutes. I ordered online and everything was built, tested and boxed for shipment that same day. They don't sell the typical overpriced gimmicky garbage found in most traditional dive shops.
