"My first bad experience at Orange Cycle As a customer of Orange Cycle for over 20 years, I had my first bad experience with the service department on Saturday afternoon October 21. I guess everyone is entitled to a bad day (including me!) but I felt that the service technician was not responsive to what I was asking for as a customer. Every other time in all my years I always felt there was a philosophy where the technician would suggest the repairs that he recommended and then he would let the customer determine what repairs he / she would like executed. Not this time. It felt like a car dealership experience. The technician was almost combative when I preferred not to do all his recommended actions. Orange Cycle has always been a great shop, but I was very disappointed with service department customer service today."
