"I work out of town and had my delivery date changed to when I was home with my phone #'S and it was a signature package that I needed for work and they never contacted me just left a note on my gate that they tried to deliver and will reschedule WHY ask for my phone number if you're not going to contact me"

"First the marked that I moved instead if delivering me my package. Then today they said they would deliver and changed it this evening. Lastly the store can't scan qr codes for amazing returns so I had to go to another ups store today. They've caused many inconveniences."

"They can't make deliveries on time and have horrible customer service. If I could rate them negatively, I would. I'm not happy with anything ups ships. I would contact customer service, but they never do anything anyway, and my local office doesn't provide a phone number."
