"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was fine... nothing special but nothing bad. Parking is hell around there resulting in the need to use valet parking (this was a $30 additional charge at the time of our visit). Breakfast was hum-drum at best. The location is great. There are several very good restaurants to eat at, just outside the lobby entrance."

"Valet guy was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. The room was not too good. I could tell someone had been smoking and just sprayed to try to freshen it up. The street noise was very loud. Also, kids were running up and down the halls banging on doors including mine for about an hour."

"When we booked I wish we would have asked the front desk to keep our room off the main road. It was super noisy due the people walking around the bars at night up until 1am so if you’re a light sleeper good luck. The fridge in the room is also directly in front of the bed and can be noisy. Same with the AC unit. The lack of available parking is also a problem. They do offer valet service but for $30 a night that’s a little pricy."

"Hotel itself is fine, nothing special but in a good area if you want to have access to restaurants nearby. Parking not ideal but we got lucky with a spot. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. The real problem was the noise. At 10pm we asked what time the bars close downstairs, they said midnight. At 12:30am we asked again since the music was not stopping. They said 2am. By 3am we went downstairs and they finally went outside and asked the bar to turn the music off. Obviously this isn’t their fault but don’t lie to us. We could’ve switched to different room way earlier in the night. Instead we spent five hours rolling over in bed trying to tune out the music."

"I did not realize the inconvenient parking situation or I would not have stayed here, even though I got a really good rate. There is supposed to be a valet, but he seemed to be hiding behind a small counter every time I came in. There were no spots marked or available to pull in to get a valet. I liked the location downtown, but the way the parking is handled needs to be addressed. I also didn't like the bed. It's really hard and there was no top sheet. I have never stayed anywhere in the US without a top sheet. Quite odd. The rest of the room was great."
