"Horrible customer service. They gave me a date when my order will be shipped. The day passed I called for an update, they gave me a different date that date also passed. I called customer service again and they told me they don’t have any shipping date for my order. Please don’t buy form this company take your business elsewhere!!"

"Terrible experience!!! Placed order which took months to fulfill. While I understood the delay the hoodie purchased for my son on a youth large was wayyyy undersized. More like a small/medium. Reached out to BAN was advised they could not exchange. Refund or do ANYTHING for me at all… very disappointed. Stay away! Do not waste your money!!!"
