"After purchasing equipment from their store I also purchased the service for the installation. On the day of installation I received a call that the manager didn’t want the technician to complete my job. I did get a refund but now I am stuck trying to find another company to come out. If I knew this I would have not purchased my equipment from them."

"They keep changing staff The latest are terrible I just said I knew I needed salt Went through the whole process of water testing and tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need and then said they don’t have salt Go to pinch a penny up the road"

"I go there alot taking care of my pool. Ashleigh always takes care of me checks my water and gives me the right chemicals to take care of it. I had a leak in my pool and turned out to be in my skimmer. she told me about this putty they sell and that it's great Well I bought it my husband sealed the skimmer with it and it has not leaked at all! I really appreciate her help she is so good also had a pool man come over before all this and he wanted to cut around the skimmer to put a new one in I asked how much to do it and he said 1200.00 dollars! That's when I said I would look at other options and then bought this putty that saved me Thanks again Ashleigh!!"
