Ross Dress for Less

"Very nicest store very clean. Super organized. They don’t have an extensive variety of lingerie underwear carrying a few brands. They also don’t carry a large variety winer clothing, monthly SoFl apparel. This store is very organized, staff is very helpful, and Everything is neatly organized and clean unlike like several other Ross stores I’ve been were things are all over the floor and every department is unorganized. One thing got my attention, the pet department offers a large variety of toys, clothing, collars, and large variety of snacks for every pooch."

"Repulsive customer service at this location! I was buying a dress and kindly asked the employee if I can keep the hanger. She then said no that they don't give hangers. I then took the dress and put it on my shoulder so that it wont get wrinkled. Her Response: I need the dress to take off the alarm, unless you wanna take it like that. My Response: Why would I take the dress with an alarm? Her Response: Well that what I seems you want to do. My response: Why the sarcasm and attitude? Her response: Shrugged and Just in case I am the manager you want my info? Never in 39 years of my life have I had a manager at a Store treat or talk to me like this! I went to ask LP to see if she was truly the manager he said yes she is , she walked towards me and said I already told you I am the manager you want my name? Disgusting!
