"Long Story: I called Bandit fitness because my clothes horse, I mean my 17-year-old treadmill was acting up. Toren came out and worked on it. It worked the next day and then it blew a fuse and could not be revived. It took a few trips, but finally it was discovered that there was an issue that was inherent to the machine and, since I used it so infrequently, it took a while for it to manifest. Short Story: Jeff, at Bandit, very generously helped me out with it. I will admit that I was very disappointed with the initial results and initially wrote a review reflecting that, for which I sincerely apologize, not having given them enough time to remedy the situation. I truly appreciate that they continued to search for the issues and made sure I was satisfied with the results. There is really not a better fitness equipment to work with in the entire bay area."
