"Lily Ann Cabinets is the best!! I’ve been looking to remodel my kitchen for years, so I did my research. I found them on Tiktok and was blown away by the quality and service it looked like they provided, so honestly I figured it was too good to be true as I’ve been shopping around. I decided to head into their Largo showroom and it was NOT too good to be true! Their quality is top notch, better than I’ve seen other places and the price was so competitive. I had two other quotes from other RTA and Lily Ann beat both by quite a bit. You’ve got another very happy customer here! Thank you all!"

"Where should I start. Last year I purchased a kitchen from this company for over $11K. We had some bumps but overall, the store manager Joshua helped all the way till delivery and supported after installation. I would give 10 stars that time. Unfortunately, this is not the case this year. I needed 2cabinets for the small project. And since I had such a fantastic experience, I contacted the Lily Ann Cabinet. I saved the price as a personal quote and was about to place the order. In parallel I also found other cabinets with a little bit cheaper price (only $30 difference) but because of my previous experience I really want to give my business to Lilly. I called; I was told that they would do a price match. I submitted the quote but received the same price. So, I called the office again, and asked if there was any mistake on the quote as I don't see that price was matched. First, Darrel Mearf (sorry for spelling), the manager, gave some marketing reasons why they can't match the price: they have promotion now on those cabinets (even the price didn't change for several weeks), and that they can't match that specific quote due to the way vendor quoted the item (who knows why that vendor quoted the item that way). Basically, Darrel was trying to find any excuse not to provide a discount of those poor 30 bucks to the customer that spend 11K last year. After some time, he stated that he will call that company to get their specs on the cabinets, and if it was the same techniques, he would give a discount. To his luck, the specs were a little bit different, and he with a joy refused to match the price. I wish I knew last year how this company treats their existing customers; I would take the business to someplace else. The after taste is not even about those 30bucs but about the person that was trying to wriggle out and find any reason to avoid providing promised price match."

"I contacted Lily Ann Cabinets (Lisa Decker) because I loved the kitchen in my friend’s new house in North Port. The experience was amazing - from my first text exchange with Lisa to completing the installation of my beautiful kitchen. Lisa was able to accommodate my request to get the cabinets assembled, and the 19 cabinets were delivered all together in flawless condition and in record time - about a week. I chose York Driftwood line, and the quality of the cabinets was great. My installer praised them and had no difficulties putting this kitchen together. It came with plenty of hardware and had appropriate finishing pieces. The only small drawback was the shelf clips - they were plastic and of the type that lock in place. It is impossible to re-position the shelf after installing it without breaking the clip. This is a very minor issue and could be resolved by buying a different clip type at the hardware store - they are very inexpensive. Overall, in my experience as someone who renovated about 10 homes, it was the most cost effective kitchen of this quality, and the whole process was flawless. I am definitely going back for all my future cabinet needs."
