"I was having some issues with my car, one of the issues was the battery. I get to advanced at 8:48pm tonight. The employees are standing by the door looking outside. The skinny girl sees me pull in, so she grabs the keys, locks the door, and her and the other gentleman working run behind the counter down the isles with the parts. Another customer pulls in moments after this happens and its 12 mins before close!!! Here I am with a car I can't shut off or else I can't get it started, and a sensor I need to buy and these lazy, sorry employees lock the door earlier than closing time in order to avoid helping their customers out. Thankfully I didn't shut my car off. What if I was stranded? Not only did they put zero effort into their jobs but, they also lacked any concern for their customers. I will NEVER return to this location except to tell those employees tomorrow how I REALLY feel about them! I should have went to the other auto parts store across the street bc I know they wouldn't have locked me out and would have been more than willing to help me out!!!!"
