"We went into Floor and Decor, Boynton Beach, to look for tile for our shower. Most every design representative was busy, so after waiting a few minutes, Tom Damato, walked over, and began to help us. This was a total Godsend. Tom was the absolute best. He helped us with all of the tile, and then went around the store helping us get all of the other supplies our contractor needed. He is a great person, so attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Tom for everything you’ve done to make our project so much easier!"

"My order did arrive I was very impressed with that. The problem I have is that 16 tiles was delivered damaged 6 Boxes and 16 tiles that are damaged can be used for baseboard I reached out but no response yet and it’s been a couple of days I called customer service Today I called the store no one answered 11/17/2023 They exchanged my broken tiles !!!"
