"I’ve been a client of Whitney’s for over 5years and I don’t have anything negative to say about this establishment or my nail technician. I’m always satisfied with my gel manicures and gel pedicures, SHE’S AMAZING! She’s passionate about her craft and it’s shoes , work is immaculate."

"Absolutely inconsiderate. I scheduled a pedicure appt with Whitney. Only for it to be changed to a completely different person 2 days before my appt. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to ask if that was okay. They cancelled my appt for Whitney to schedule someone else. I called them, no response. I texted them, no response. Customer service deserves 0 stars."

"Will never do my nails here again! Pauline did my nails and seemed to be in a bad mood as soon as my appointment began. I let her know I wanted a design and I must’ve forgotten to select that on the website. She said she could do the simple design I asked for but once she started it looked nothing like the photo I sent her. I had to ask her about 3x to redo the design as the abstract lines I asked for looked horrible. She kept trying to convince me that it didn’t have to look like the photo and it looked great even after I stated I didn’t like it. Eventually I let it go. At the end of the appointment the price came out to about $120 which seems ridiculous for a gel mani and regular pedi. My gel nails were different lengths and bulky so I asked her to have someone to redo it then she began to yell at me in front of everyone in the salon. Will never be coming back here. Service was horrible!"

"So far I have come to this establishment three times. I honestly thought that I found a new nail salon after searching for months. My first visit went well and my second visit, with the same nail tech, was okay. However, I decided to try another nail tech because after the second visit, I noticed my acrylic was lifting on several nails. I will not mention any names, but this salon is ridiculous!! The pricing, which I have no problem paying, when the service match, is overly expensive. I paid $64 for a refill, even though it indicated $60 on the website. I chose a design, but the nail tech couldn’t do it; something very simple. She put so much polish on my nails, I didn’t notice until I left, that it was clumpy and poorly done. They also have to be the most unfriendly people on this side of heaven. There are 5 nail techs and an emotional toddler (poor kid) that is there ALL the time ALL day long; choose wisely."

"Horrible! Do not go to these people! I made an appointment with them payed my deposit to secure my appointment, only for them to cancel my appointment. They send out a invoice for me to make full payment when I haven’t even received the service yet! You don’t pay full price for nail service before you get the service, you pay after! That’s ridiculous! A day before Mother’s Day! How inconsiderate!? Then have the audacity to be rude and unprofessional on the phone! Safe yourself the headache and go somewhere else."
