"The excellent with your nails and a pedicure and very friendly atmosphere"
"I’ve been coming here for about 10yrs+ and the customer service sucked now, they are rude and today I came in for a pedicure and instead of asking me what kind she just went ahead and charged me the 40$ pedicure and didn’t do a great job. This place won’t be seeing me anymore and not to mention I felt discriminated against and not welcomed."
"Mya is the best person to do your nails she really nice, knows how to start a convo & I love my nailsss !"
"I had been to CMt before but I never had the pleasure of having Miya do my pedicure. She was professional, precise and gave me that personal touch. I am very pleased with my pedicure. I went home that Sunday and the polish came off a pinky toe, went back on Monday and Miya was more than happy to fix it for me. Great place to get the personal touch for your needs."
"STOP BLAMING CUSTOMERS FOR SHOP EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENCE‼ On June 29, 2021, Mya scheduled an appointment for me with Tammie for Thursday, July 1, 2021, @ 10:45 am. I arrived on time, but Tammie was not there as yet. A few minutes later, someone showed up stating that they were Tammie's 11:00 am appointment. The person acting as the receptionist told the customer that Tammie had a 10:45 am appointment and that she'd have to wait. The customer started fussing (I remained cool as a cucumber). The receptionist called Tammie and made her aware of the dilemma. The receptionist then said to me that Tammie said she did not have a 10:45 am appointment. I then told her that Mya made the appointment on Tuesday. She then grabbed the appointment book and saw my name written there as plain as day, and went on to try and blame Mya exclusively for not checking with Tammie first. I replied that it's just as much Tammie's responsibility to check the appointment book since their boss could make appointments for them. The receptionist agreed. I told her to forget about my nails, and if Tammie could just wax my brows, I'd be on my way. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A FAIR RESOLUTION. The receptionist then sat the other customer down to soak her nails. Low and behold, less than 5 minutes later, she returned to me and stated that Tammie said that she'd have to do something to the other customer's nails first, before she could do my brows... which should've taken all of 5 minutes, and let's not forget that I had an appointment on the book's already, It was 11:15 am at that point (late), plus, I'd given up getting my nails done and settled on my brows only. IN DISGUST, I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT! Around 12:05 pm, I called to give Tammie a piece of my mind (I did not use profane language), about how the situation was MIShandled! TAMMIE accepted NO responsibility and blamed everything on Mya. I told Tammie that she was equally to blame, because she should have checked the books, KNOWING FULL WELL that others in the shop make appointments for them, the nail techs! Tammie then tried saying "I was off on Tuesday". I said ok... but yesterday was Wednesday, you were present at work, and should have checked the books to see if any appointments had been scheduled! I also reminded her that she does my mom's, sister's and niece's nails. Tammie then said "next time, call to make an appointment with me. I then replied that there will be NO next time and that I would take it to Google and Yelp! THE NERVE OF TAMMIE! It amazes me how disrespectful of a PATRONIZING (paying) customer's time these people are, without acknowledging their mistakes, or doing anything to resolve them by making things right (doing right by the customer), especially at the risk of losing business and garnering NEGATIVE reviews like this one! You only have to act like you don't want or relishes my business once, before I vote with my pocketbook and feet! There are too many other nail salons in close proximity!"
