"I was surprised to know it was under new management. This time was my 3rd time here, I’m completely disappointed and unsatisfied with the turn out. Kayla did my pedicure and she had Red do my nails. His technique was different but I took a chance and regret it did not execute the design asked. I understood he couldn’t do it exactly like the picture and I expressed that it was okay, however he proceeded on to mention how he’s use to his clients and uncomfortable with me as if I was being picky. I did pay for service and left. As I continued looking at my nails, I was not pleased, so I called the shop to see if I could go back to have two of the nail designs fixed. He proceeded on to tell me he had a client and I could come back in two days. I made it clear that I was traveling by Thursday and ask if he could fix it, he then rudely hung up the phone and refused to answer my calls. I went back to the shop as they were getting ready to close both Red and Kayla said they couldn’t fix my nails. Red also persisted on to saying he did not ignore my calls he stepped out to Publix. 20 minutes before that on the phone call he claimed he had a client. Right then & there I knew he was lying. All in all before todays experience I thought I had a new nail salon I could become a regular at. Unfortunately I will not be returning ever again!"
