"I ordered 4 fittings for a weekend job on a Tuesday. Was assured by Josh that he submitted the order so Nashville would ship all items from the same location and all would be ready for pick up on Thursday at the Jacksonville Fl. location. He would text me when available for P-U. Heard nothing on Thursday. I called on Friday, was told by Josh that shipping in Nashville screwed up the shipment, he had caught their mistake and that 2 fittings had been delivered to them and that the other 2 (He tracked) would be delivered before noon that same day. The 2 missing fittings did not show up on Friday. Josh said he would have them overnight delivered to my address for a Sat. delivery. shipment was Received Monday morning at 1045am (3 day overnight ?) Did Nashville Screw up again or has Josh been Lying to me all along and blaming them for his own incompetence. My weekend job was canceled. Josh also told me that shipping would only cost a few dollars. 2 Fittings cost me $10. Shipping for those 2 fittings was another $12 more. More then a few $. Was trying to also help a brick & mortar business and not Amazon but would never recommend doing that with their Company again. Also - was required to give 1 star to Post this comment."
