"Jacob, though new, was extremely knowledgable and curteous. In fact, when we had shipping delays due to the holidays, he personally reached out to other locations in our area and found product from the Gainesville office, whereby they delivered the flooring within days. Michelle was also helpful with this process. Watson installation (specifically Gustavo) did a meticulous job and everything was clean and perfectly installed when complete. I would highly recommend LL Flooring and I will certainly contact them again if I ever need new floors."
"My review of LL Flooring This is about store 291. We were measured and I gave the gentleman the LL Flooring code for the tiles we wanted (free samples with codes were mailed to us). I was ensured products would be delivered Monday between 3 and 7pm with installation set for Wednesday. Monday at 445, I called the store and was told Kyle loaded and was on his way to our house. 10 minutes later, Kyle called and said he had problems with the truck and agreed he would deliver between 12 and 1 Tuesday. Tuesday at 1 and no delivery. I call the store and the manager had no idea we weren't delivered the prior day. We were finally delivered at 2. Wednesday, day of installation and no one calls or shows by 9. Once again, I call the store and after investigation, no work order was submitted. I then cancel installation and demand a refund. Later in the day, I check the delivered tile. I ordered 10051046 and tile number 10051042 was delivered. So, between the ordering process, the delivery and the installation...NO ONE knows what they are doing...or doesn't care. I ended up contracting with an individual that will install the flooring one day sooner than LL Flooring claims they were going to come out AND 400 dollars cheaper."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Was supposed to deliver the flooring Monday, didn't show until Tuesday. Floor was to be installed today, delayed until Saturday. We had already moved all the furniture from the rooms and prepared it for them. We put our lives on hold for nothing. We canceled installation and expect a refund for that. We'll have somebody else put the flooring. Terrible company."
"The manager was sweet and she really knew her flooring. The only issue I had was with the forklift guy. He smelt like garage can juice and I thought he was hung over. He was so rude."
