"We had a issue during install and because of their response they deserve more than 5 stars!!! It's easy to get a good review when all goes well. It's difficult to do that when things don't go smoothly. There was a miscommunication somewhere that a piece was not to be seamed and it was initially cut with a seam. To ensure we were happy with the end product they purchased a new slab, fabricated the piece without a seam and installed it. They are a company who prides themselves on their work and customer satisfaction. I cannot give them a strong enough recommendation. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Champagne Stone Company! "We recently had our master bath remodeled and went looking for remnant pieces of granite for the vanity and half wall cap. I found Champagne stone on google and the reviews were fantastic so we decided to check them out. We found a piece of stone that was nothing like what we had envisioned going into the space but knew it was perfect for us. Joe was a pleasure to work with and quickly got us a quote. They were a couple weeks out from coming to do the template and a couple more weeks after that to come and do the install, which was fine since the remodel wasnt going as quickly as it should have been. Joe's install crew came out and installed the vanity top and wall caps and did an excelent job. A few days later we realized the holes were not big enough to accomodate the plumbing for the vessel sinks so i contacted Joe and he was able to get his installers to come back when the plumber was there to get everything straightened out. We are very pleased with the product and service that Joe and his team provided and look forward to using them again on our next remodeling project!"
