"In 2019 we had LVP installed in a home. We noticed that the planks would move and had gaps appear in the joints. Being that it was a rental home we had to wait for the home to be unoccupied to address the problem. It has now gotten so bad that some of the planks have cracked and buckled. We thought it was a product issue and had Floor and Decor send a person to evaluate the product. In their report they state that there is nothing wrong with the product, but instead that the LVP was installed improperly. We had brought this to the attention of A and B Flooring and they are refusing to replace the floors stating that it is outside of their one year workmanship warranty."

"A&B Flooring does SUB-STANDARD work and does not understand customer service. A three day job turned into 4 weeks. At that time Chad cursed at me and walked off the job. We had to get someone else to finish it. He claimed he did four other jobs while he was suppose to be doing ours and none of them had any complaints. I guess that's why we were low priority. He doesn't stay on top of his people. They would do one aspect of the job and he would have to come back and fix it. He showed up hours later than expected. He used poor quality materials. He would cut boards uneven and then claim the house was off square. Existing woodwork and walls were a mess after he left. He will say we were too picky but it was a horrible job and experience."

"Chad and his team did a amazing job bringing our old floors back to life. It took us a day or two longer than expected to get our proposal but after I called the office Cindy got the email address corrected and the proposal sent over while I was still on the line with her. We got the work on the schedule and two week later my existing wood flooring was good as new with a new darker stain color. I also had A & B install wood look vinyl planks in my laundry room and powder room to match the wood floors. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!"
