"Luis Ramirez did a wonderful job on my shower door install. He was extremely polite and professional. He is an outstanding representative for your company!"
"The made in the USA thing is so overatted. Use it to sell substandard products. This company is pathetic. Canceling my order. Now. 2nd time."

"Don’t even think about it... The company must’ve paid someone to give them such good reviews. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this company now and the glass will break very easily. I ordered a door from them for a customer two months ago to no avail. I called and asked for a delivery date and their excuse was “it didn’t make it on the truck on time”... Don’t even ask when you’ll receive your order because they couldn’t even tell me. It’s also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. Just take the loss and spend the extra money on an Aston shower door if you have an unusual size, this has cost my customer and I months on their remodel process and COVID isn’t a reliable excuse anymore."
"Very difficult company to deal with. Ordered our doors through Lowes and on the original order Arizona Glass accepted the plans that were submitted by Lowes initially and then rejected them later, but the rejection never got to Lowes. When I checked on my order 3 weeks later nothing had been done and the order had to be resubmitted. When the order finally did arrive, the two fix glass panels were the wrong size, which was due to an error on the part of Lowes, but the door panel was damaged in transit. Had to reorder everything again with new measurements and an entirely new door panel. When this order arrived, about another two weeks later, everything was correct, but there were no instructions. When my contractor arrived to install I had to go to the website to find the instructions and even then I had to call because the instructions are buried in their website. The instructions were also very poorly written and not clear at all. My contractor, who has installed many shower panels, was very frustrated with the instructions and had to call several times for clarification. The instructions also failed to say what the finished opening had to be for the shower door. After calling and being given the exact opening my contractor followed their direction and low and behold the door seal that Arizona provided would not fit on the door. When I called Arizona glass and asked for assistance I was told to hurry up because they had other customers calling and after explaining what happened and that I needed more door seal, and hopefully a smaller size, they told me that they did not have any other sizes and if I wanted replacement I had to contact Lowes and ask them to put in a purchase order. Extremely poor customer service. So frustrating that not only will I not buy from them ever again, my contactor stated he is going to refuse to install any shower doors purchased from them. I then reached out to Lowes and explained my situation and they kindly agreed to pay for different seal that I found on Amazon that would correct the problem, no thanks to Arizona Shower Door. My advice would be to avoid this company if you can."
