"Came in at 4:50 pm , god forbid someone has to grab 3 bags of nuts and bolts ten mins before closing , whoever the lady is that was working 8-7-18 @ 4:50-5:05 pm , she needs a check on her customer service , she got snappy cause I asked her about a bolt she grabbed for me , like am I supposed to know all about bolts and hardware ?? Your the one that sells this stuff lady . First of all I’ll take my 100$ for three bags of bolts elsewhere next time I don’t need your childish attitude. Your store hours are store hours . You do NOT close until 1700 so don’t get all pissed at customers when they come to buy something ten mins before closing . Take your business elsewhere unless you wanna deal with some snappy old lady with an attitude problem ."
