When I explained to her why it's important that I have an email receipt she blew me off and told me to go to customer service. She expressed no interest in customer service and no remorse for causing me a huge headache. this isn't the first time I've had a problem with cashiers at home Depot by passing the email screen. This snot-nosed kid had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault and she can't bypass that screen."
