"The manager at this store is the best, he has been key to the entire process. Also the store employee at inception were great, however since my order was so complicated, the manager took over and fixed everything. Now the only thing is, one of the custom made stair nose is broke, but I am sure he will get me a new one."

"I had a terrible experience with L L Flooring and Watson Installations. They were supposed to handle my flooring sale and installation, but ended up scamming me with incomplete work. The store manager Eric even ignored my invitation to inspect the final work. The result was ruined floors that are now difficult to fix. The worst part was their complete disregard for my attempts to contact them to resolve the issue. I strongly advise others to avoid these companies at all costs and hire a reputable, professional business for their flooring needs."

"I haven't used them for a few years. I had switched over to Life proof flooring at Home Depot. I got a few thousand dollars in credits because of the class action lawsuit so I gave them another try. There new solid core laminate is excellent and a lot cheaper than HD. Floor goes together really nice and easy and you can score and snap rip cuts with a blade leaving no mess. I will definitely start using them on future projects."
