"We had several issues ending with getting a door without glass, however, the manager got us upgraded glass and installed within 4 days. I still feel that there are some communication issues with one of their sales people and he should be more careful on how he handles customers but I am hopeful that will get better after this incident. They made their mistakes right and because of that I amended my review to reflect that."

"Our contractor utilized RoMac throughout the rebuild of our house for all lumber, windows, doors and building materials. Chryston, in the sales office, was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the project. Overall quality of materials was very good with immediate refunding on any defective items. While our windows turned into a bit of a saga with screens and plugs but that was resolved by Bo, Jimmy and Clinton who made sure all issues were addressed to our satisfaction."

"Romac does not stand behind their suppliers. Too bad for you if the interior doors are ill-fitting. And if you find there are finger prints between the double panes on your windows they charge a $50 inspection fee plus installation if they determine the window should be replaced. Maybe they should find better quality suppliers."
