"Bad service. Maybe due to holidays. I went to store because it had shocks for SUV “in stock”, got there and staff could not find. Store was going to have sent over from another location and would be in by 4:30 same day. Went next day early AM and staff completely clueless, tried to tell me come back at 4:30 that’s when they will show up, no checking, no “let me find the” , just a shoulder shrug and blank stare. Come on! Two trips to store and nothing to show for it. Very disappointing."

"One year ago, my car wouldn't start. A friend jumped it & I went to the nearest place which was Auto Zone. I was told my battery was fine; I needed an alternator. I purchased same, had it installed at my home by one of their technicians. The next day, again my car wouldn't start. Jump started, back to AZ, told I now needed a battery which they then replaced. Last week, nearly exactly a year later, I had routine service at my car dealership. I was advised my battery was running low, to keep an eye on it. I stopped at AZ as the battery was under warranty; I was told my battery was fine, needed an alternator. Sound familiar? I went back to dealership the next day for comprehensive diagnostic testing & was given the readouts. Alternator & starter fine, battery running low as stated prior. I had them replace the battery there. Stopped by AZ, informed same gentleman of events. He said he'd reimburse me the battery if I had it, which of course I didn't. Strongly suggested he check his diagnostics & procedures. You make the call. One star for politeness. I'll not return for any reason."

"All the employees here are very nice and hard workers. Luis, the manager, makes sure you feel welcome when you come by. There used to be a weird odor in the store a good while ago, but they got that issue resolved and the store always smells clean."
