"The sales people ar penn flooring were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly. I got my flooring in much sooner than other places had promised. However, I did have a problem with their installer. He came to my home with a bad attitude. He didn't like the flooring I chose so he grumbled through the whole install. When I would offer my input, he would huffed and reluctantly do as I asked. At one point, he got me so upset I had to leave my home to cool off so I wouldn't say or do anything I would regret. I hope penn flooring will respond to this and hire a different installer. This is the only reason I would not recommend penn flooring to others. And I would give them 5 stars."
