Nail Colors

"My daughter and I went for a mani and pedi and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. We walked in to a very strong chemical smell from the acrylics. No one greeted us for over 15 minutes. We’re used to salons that have OPI, Essie, Dazzle and other good quality brands. They only had a couple of bottles from these brands but all weird colors that had been heavily used. The remainder were poor quality no name brands and it was impossible to figure out what the colors were because they were in boxes that had numbers on them but the numbers didn’t correspond to anything. We finally went outside after being ignored for a while and about 10 minutes later they called us and told us they were ready. No apologies or anything. We came in and were assigned to technicians, both of whom were super rude and unfriendly. When we asked to see colors, they got annoyed, when we politely pointed out a flaw in polish, they yelled at us, and they spent the whole time speaking another language, probably about us. My daughter accidentally smudged a small portion of one nail and when she showed her technician, she barked at her “you messed up!” No pleases, no thank you’s, no pleasantries whatsoever, even when I tipped 20% (which they didn’t deserve but she was standing over me as I signed the credit card terminal so I felt pressured). Low and behold, our service was yesterday and today the polish is peeling off and bubbling. Would not recommend!"

"I got a full set and a pedicure here, it started out ok, and I was trying to trust the process. I had Jimmy do my acrylics and he was on the phone the entire time he was working on my nails and was extremely rushed. He used the wrong pink at first so he had to drill it off and then use a different pink, which caused my nails to look patchy with 2 different shades of pink. This picture was taken after I got home and tried to file the nails into shape but they were all so crooked. He told me to put my hand in the lamp after the gel topcoat, I did, my thumb didn’t cure correctly and he blamed it on me saying “you actually have to put your hand all the way in”… said in an extremely rude tone. I’ve had my nails done a lot and I know how to put my hand in a lamp. The gentleman who did my toes was fantastic, one of the best pedicures I’ve received, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of one. Unfortunately he didn’t have a name tag on so I didn’t catch it. To top it off, 2 of the employees started to argue very loud while clients were in the shop, annd while they were working on clients. Overall a very unprofessional experience and I won’t be going back. There’s no reason that my nails cost $85, that is simply ridiculous for the service I received in my opinion."

"The gentlemen i had i believe his name was Lucas. Did an amazing job with my nails, i didn't go for the easiest thing either. For it all to be hand drawn i love it. He was very gentle and took his time making sure he didn't mess up. I would go back there again."
