"Honestly when I go into this ace, it reminds me of growing up with my small town. You can find things in this hardware store that you can find in any big box store. They are as helpful and accommodating and knowledgeable as anyone I've ever met in any hardware store. A great experience every time. I'd rather spend a few dollars more here in support a local place like this than go to one of the big places."

"I love going into the store. Its like stepping back in time. The staff are such cool people. They are actually there to help you and are glad to do it. I went into Home Depot (must've been lost) because it was nearby and could not get the help I needed. I'm a pretty handy person but I didn't know what to do with a plumbing situation. After waiting forever for help I left and went to my guys at Ace. They were, of course, awesome and looked at the pictures I took of my project on my phone and went rummaging through the shelves and bins to find me the right pieces. This is typical of this Ace store. Heck, they even have a popcorn machine by the door so you walk out with home improvement supplies AND a snack. How can you beat that?"
