"Each and every time I go there the employees are usually just standing and/or sitting around doing nothing. I walk around the store without a clue where to go and no one offers help. Last time I needed help with carpeting and I got to speak with a "great" employee, (Kevin H.) who was sitting around and became upset when I asked for assistance. He didn't really care to help. Didn't want to explain anything. I will never go back. I'd rather go up on 19 which is farther but I hope they provide better service."
