Went to another Ace nearby that had what I needed. Store looked run down compared to the other store at which we ended up making the purchase."
"I like this Ace Hardware, but one thing that really bothers me is when I go to their website to search for an item & it says they have it in stock at the store and it's not. In fact, they don't carry it at all. There usually is a comparable, but in my case, it was $5 more. My guess is that this is not the fault of the individual store, but I don't appreciate wasting time and gas to find it not available. The first time, the friendly staff ordered the item, and I had to wait almost a week for it. This last time, I just left and bought the item at my big box store. Just a heads-up."
