They had to boom the material thru a very tight space!! They distributed the material evenly on the roof so the weight would be equal ..They were very professional, personable, and courteous at all times!!"

"I bought windows and doors for 19k. They offered install for a specific amount. This experience was horrible. Their installer Kyle did a horrible job and I had to spend 50hours fixing this poor install, not to mention I had to call them out several times before this. When a problem occurs, the management ghosts you and wont reply on your emails or pick up the phone. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away. In reply to your response. Your generic answer wont help me. You can ask Tom Pitts, he knows who I am. He had to involve his boss several times to even get Kyle back out here to fix the things that were crooked. Even now I have to live with the errors when the drywall goes up. If you offer window and glass sliding door install, better make sure that the installers are good. Or you will end up with more 1 star reviews. Just wanted to update you on how your install is holding up"

"Romac is one if the worst, when someone does pick up the phone you get transferred to a voicemail box that is full, call back and get transferred to another mailbox that is full, sent drawings in a month ago to have a take off sheet generated for materials needed to build my home…… nothing, it’s as if their employees don’t care wether they sell the supplies or not. Like most businesses now they truly don’t care because for every 3 customers they lose they have six more with a lot more patience than I’ve got. I have a very low tolerance for inefficiency and Romac has definitely crossed the rubicon. Tibet’s so far has excelled by leaps and bounds over these clowns."
