"It gets dirty and people get irritable for various reasons, but it is to be expected in the steel industry. At least they pay well especially when there is a lot of production because of incentive. To thrive at this company, it helps to be part of the Club and conniving, but at least if you are not in the club, you are treated ok as long as you don’t rock the boat. If you bring up problems that leadership should have already addressed they will shun you for making them look bad. This isn’t exactly a rare thing in our society though. This is an above average place to work in my opinion, but be realistic."
