"I went here to get solid color acrylic nails. They were rushing and didn't bother making sure they cut them all evenly or shaped them evenly. When putting on the gel polish, they had me put them under the light for way too little, then they put on a top coat and let my hands stay under the light until that dried. Days later, I noticed that the nails had lumps on them, realizing that the nail polish underneath the top coat never dried. They charged me $70, and quite frankly, I will not be going back, I don't recommend going here."

"They do such a good job initially but every time I get my nails done here they never last. I have had gel nails for a week now and they are already chipped :/ I expect gel to last longer than a week."

"Updating my review, I had given 5stars to this place before but won’t be coming back anymore. Have been coming here for a year now, always got the best service and always happy with my nails, but the guy today named “Vince”, he was so rough with my nails and cuticles, and rude at the same time. He had just painted my one nail and I asked if I can change the color cause I didn’t like it and he started getting annoyed and rushing me. Starts painting my whole nail while I am asking to let me chose another shade. I let him finish, payed and walk out. I didn’t wanted no drama but this is the worst service I have ever gotten. Totally disappointing."

"i came in july 2022 to get my nails done for my baby shower. michael did both my hands (except for the flower designs) and feet; i got a gel pedicure which was by far the best pedicure i’ve ever gotten and i got tips with the dip powder on my nails. they came out very cute (first picture), and everyone was super kind. last week, i got a gift card for my birthday so i came this past friday to get a mani-pedi. i had an older lady, i believe her name was trinny (the name i saw on the nail station). the pedicure she gave was honestly very good but i was so put off by her pushing for me to get gel on my toes like 7 times. i usually do get gel but it’s the fact that she didn’t respect my boundaries that made me adamant to not get it. i did however, get a gel manicure. not even 24 hours later and 4 nails had completely came off. not just chipped, the paint came off as a whole (second picture) and all were off by mid-afternoon. i called and they were super kind and willing to rectify it so we made an appointment for me to get them redone. the way it was done was away from my cuticles so it already looks a little grown out and the paint is lumpy (third picture). disappointed but it is what it is."
