Chi Nails Spa In Sanford

"I really don’t like to get bad reviews but the young girl who is about 23 years old with glasses on literally acted like she did not want to do my nails at all and I realized they close at 7:30 and I came in at 6:50 so I was like OK I’ll just get them removed. I don’t have time to get them done. She Literally left me while my nails were soaking all the way in the front to the sofa to take selfies. Mind you she didn’t say anything to me when she started my nails it was just really unprofessional honestly. and I get my nails done a lot they usually ask me like oh are you OK soaking or you just wanna acrylic remove them or they ask me questions and they talk to me they engaging me even while my nails are soaking they never just leave me to go to the front and take selfies. They will clean up or do other stuff that cleans up to show their working, but this was a little girl a little kid who did not want to work Over there very unprofessional the little girl is. She was constantly on her phone. Every moment she got while she was Doing my nails, I had to force her to talk basically and talk to me because I didn’t like to sit in silence and I like to tip, but I never ever in my life didn’t even wanna tip her at all but I had to tip her that’s just me so I tipped her the lowest I’ve ever tipped anybody and I’m really upset, but she was the worst she didn’t even do a good job in removing my nails I still have Residue on my nails the guys in there are really good. The elder woman in there are really good. I’ve had all of them before. There are three guys that are really good and the two older woman I’ve had before are good I don’t know about anyone else, but don’t go to that young girl with the glasses. She probably got her hair in a bun and doesn’t look professional."

"I forgot to get the name of the guy who did my nails but he was so rude. When he would do one hand he would rudely toss the other hand. He seemed so bothered by anything I would ask or suggest what I wanted. At the end I still wasn’t happy and it was a simple French that I wanted. My nails didn’t even last 2 weeks. It wasn’t even a week and my nails started lifting. I got a full set and all my nails have already popped off without any effort. I’m so disappointed as I spent a good amount of money doing my nails and getting a pedicure. My pedicure didn’t even last, it’s already chipping. Normally a fresh pedicure will last me a while without any chipping. Didn’t even last a week and it started chipping like crazy. I don’t see myself ever going back as the staff wasn’t even nice."
