"We’ve had our quartz countertops for almost a year and they are still not right. One section had to be replaced 4 times before they got it right. The island countertop is still a disaster. We were told that we could have an 11 foot counter with no seam if I selected a particular pattern. I even asked specifically if they could deliver and install such a large piece and was assured they could do it. Of course it showed up in two pieces. I was willing to accept that mistake. But the countertop had visible rings/circles (perhaps some type of suction equipment they use?). They have come to “fix” it three times and in the process have made it much worse by attempting to buff the area. So now a large random section has a different sheen than the rest. I’ve received no response after multiple attempts to get the island countertop replaced which will be a nightmare to deal with but the only other option is to live with the damaged countertop. Note that this is a new build and I worked with the builder who has also been non-responsive."
