"Rented a brush hog for a day. It ran for an hour. Tried restarting it for hour and a half (stopped three times in case it was flooded) and couldn't get it going. Home Depot's solution was to mark $50 off a $150 rental. Job still not done, so now I have to find one somewhere else and pay them as well. Nice job Home Depot."

Their feedback significantly impacted my plans and I left feeling empowered. There was another guy who helped me as well and I didn't get his name so a special shout out to the tall blonde guy that works on the east section of the self checkout. If you are in the floor section Mike and Rick are SOOOO great! They have been hugely helpful and are always my go-to guys when I need help. Thanks all for the help! I will happily be back soon."
