"Allergy issues have caused me to loose my voice, so i am writing this review to express my dismay with the poor customer service i receivedat this business today. I'm a certified HVAC technician, registered FL contractor, and 24 year retired Air Force veteran new to Okaloosa County. I called ahead and told whoever answered at Remsco that I was looking for square to round duct collars for a 2.5 ton Diamond Air package unit. I was told they had them, so I said I'd come today and get them. I made myself a list of additional hvac items I needed to pick up also and drove 30 miles to make the purchases. When I walked I'm I was asked politely enough how I could be helped. So, trying to use my failing voice as much as possible, I started to tell the two men behind the counter that I needed 14" ducts. The older of the two promptly cut me off while I was talking,looked at the younger guy and asked if I was the one he'd talked to earlier today, and the younger guy, who was very polite and professional affirmed that he thought so. I'm not sure why, but the older guy appeared to be angry or frustrated and said somethingalong the lines of "I don't know what you are looking for or what kind of ac unit you have, but we don't have anything like what you say you want. He promptly stated that personally he didn't care and if I wanted to have one made there was a sheet metal shop down the road His attitude shocked me and honestly threw me off and with my throat being raw I left with my list of other items I intended to purchase and decided a review of my experience was about the best thing for me to do. His behavior was unprovoked and his attitude showed me that he isn't interested in my business. So, I won't be back and thought I'd just forewarn anyone considering patronizing the REMSCO in Crestview that this could possibly happen to you. However, in no way am I implying that the younger man was anything less than polite and showed the utmost professionalism."

"John is most knowledgeable in everything from Refrigeration to air conditioning has helped me out numerous times quickly locating parts needed and if not in stock getting them there immediately. very competitive with all other vendors . They handle a great line of equipment that is keeping up with the changing needs in this market. Also offers incentives to their customers on the equipment they buy all around it's a great place the shop and I will continue doing business with them."
