"Gave it two stars because my wife usually likes it. Otherwise, one star. I went in tonight to grab something for her and had no idea where it was. Walked the entire store twice and never found a single associate! When I left, there were a couple customers at the registers (self checkout of course) doing everything themselves. Wouldn’t be surprised if some of the questionable people hanging in their car in the parking lot robbed them blind. Terrible customer service? Even worse - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"My husband is stationed in the area, and I went out to do a little shopping this morning. I decided to stop in to see what type of items that they sold here. I walked in the store, and the entire gang was hanging near the front door. No one said hello or anything. I preceded to grab a cart to look around. Once I started looking around all of the gang started to be near me, wherever I was browsing. The heavy set bald guy disappeared completely. I assume he went to watch the camera. Not one of the gang asked me if I needed assistance, or help finding something. Once I started to go to the check out area, magically the gang appeared back up front. We are a very well off military family, with a two family income. We do not steal, we work hard for our money to purchase anything that we want, or need. I will tell other military wives DO NOT shop here. We have traveled all over the world, and this little store really put a bad taste in my mouth. They will be closed down soon."
"My first time in the store. The prices are affordable the place is clean and Kim and Sam are amazing with customer service. Very helpful and polite. This is my new favorite store. Kim and Sam are a huge asset to this store. They both are amazing and professional!!!!!!"
"I wish I could rate this a 5 however, the fragrance in the store is SO STRONG. I left 2 hours ago and can still taste it and smell it on my clothes. I have never made it through the entire store because it’s so strong I get a headache and have to leave. PLEASE. STOP THE FRAGRANCE. I just want to shop in peace."
