"The day prior to me ordering the attic ladder I went the store because on the web, it showed that the store had 3 in stock. A young man searched for over an hour trying to locate the ladder. I informed him that i appreciated his efforts. Because he went above and beyond looking all over the store, got managers to help him look in locked areas, so he did a great job. As my wife attests, Lowe's is one of my favorite places to be. I give this experience a 3 star, middle of the road, because this was my time using curbside ordering. I'll let you be the judge because I don't what the company's expectations are. I put my order in around 11 am, but I didn't get a notification that it was ready until after 8 pm. I wanted to be able to pick up the item after work. So this morning, when I arrived at Lowe's, I went through the app to notify that I was there for pickup. I waited about 10 minutes before I just went in. No one was working to get my order out. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me at the desk. This is why I'm allowing you to be the judge if I had good service or not. Maybe I was a little impatient ."

"I am here at the Crestview Lowe’s! Customer service at this location is the best you will find. Cathy and Julia are taking time to refund and item so I can use the numerous gift cards for Christmas! Even though they are busy, they are very accommodating!"

"This store is constantly out of stock of simple common items that other Lowe's in the region have. Also, items showing in stock online are often nowhere to be found on the shelves. Yesterday there was not a single normal checkout line open but two employees standing around in the self checkout area "helping"."

"I would assign a three-star rating to Lowe's home improvement store. The shopping experience seems to be somewhat inconsistent, with occasional hits and misses. The notable turnover in employee personnel can contribute to variability in service quality. While I appreciate the benefits associated with Lowe's Pro program, the challenge lies in the turnover affecting the continuity of service. Having a dedicated member for Pro benefits is a positive aspect, but the frequent changes detract from the sense of consistency and personalized service. In summary, Lowe's offers valuable pro benefits, but the fluctuating employee turnover affects the overall shopping experience, warranting a three-star rating."

"Really poor customer service @ front desk. Emailed me saying picked up online order, ( I didn’t pick up) disconnected while being transferred twice, no offer to take phone number, or solution for problem, failed to contact loss prevention at my request or management. Don’t know the associates name, don’t care they can read this for what it is which is a fair assessment of the inability to offer competent customer service in an identity theft case. I was firm but not disrespectful, I don’t want to be disrespected, I’m sick with Covid so won’t being going to store for a few more days."
