"This was the fourth time using them but first time at my condo. First three visits were 5 stars. Nice and knowledgeable techs. Fair price and quick repairs. This occasion my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Tech arrived and after looking at the compressor unit on the roof for over 2 hours stated that unit wasn’t get power. Long story short, he finally found out that the low voltage wire from the thermostat side that was connected to the compressor unit had come loose. He reconnected the wire and started working fine. The issue I had was the final bill. I thought it might be the service call fee and something added for reconnecting the wire. Needless to say it was a lot more. I shared my feelings on the bill with the tech but paid the bill so he could leave. I texted the company with my concerns. First thing next morning, they called me and discussed my concerns. We came to an agreement on an acceptable amount to both side’s satisfaction. I appreciated their willingness to listen and address the fairness of what was charged for what was done. I give Independent 5 stars for customer service in addressing my issues. Will continue to call them for all my AC issues."

Sure enough on Monday at 8am, I got a call the technician was on his way. The interaction with the office & the technicians is always excellent.
