"Would not recommend I received a decent quote on my boots but was asked to prepay and said it would take about two weeks from the owner. I told him I didn't want to prepay and that I would pay upon pickup/approval. He had a bad attitude and I won't be returning. It's unfortunate since it's only half a mile from my home. Maybe it's just me but I would like to see the repair before prepaying for my boots just rubbed me the wrong way. Is customer service dead!?!?!"

"Great place! I had a pair of Jason Wu booties that I abused to the point of hopelessness, or so I thought. These craftsmen not only fixed them but made them look even better than when I bought them (consigned). Should have taken the before picture but basically I had wore them down past the sole and into the wooden heel plus the leather was peeling. Thank you so much for bringing them back to life and giving them a few more years!"

"Not pleased at all. Requested 2 pairs of shoes be repaired in the toe for scuffs, was told no problem. Also requested my purse handle be repaired. Returned to find the handle not to be repaired and the guy literally took my purse behind the door and used a lighter to remove the strings on the handle. Never waxed or set the straps. My second pair of shoes I was told was too difficult to match the toupe color. 2 weeks later. Still not repaired. They take your money up front and state no refunds to scam you. Don’t go."

"I loves these guys. I have been getting all my leather products serviced here for years, mainly shoes, but also belts and purses. They have “overhauled” my favor pair of Brown Frye Flats multiple times, each time they come out looking better than the last time! They have saved black letter heels that were destroyed by my puppy chew on them! These guys are so talented, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpfully! They will go above and beyond in service to make sure you are a 100% satisfied customers. If your in the market for any shoe or leather care. These re your guys!!!"
