"If I could leave no stars and it actually count this is what I would rate this company. This company drags every repair out by not having knowledgeable technicians Who come out and guess what what the problem might be. Only to wait weeks for parts and then when they replace that part they tell you that they couldn't tell that the other part was bad until they replaced this part. Basically they are just part swindlers who slowly but surely rebuild your system one part at a time. They know nothing and guess until it is eventually working. They have no consideration of your time, and no accountability as far as their time. They actually give you attitude verbally on the phone and in person when you ask why the appointment was missed or if you are confirming an appointment time that has passed by 2 hrs. I actually had the privilege of meeting Alan in person. What a joke this guy is. He's the owner. I asked him to call me upon arrival so he could tell me in person what the status was and so i could get an understanding of why our stuff is still not working after about a month of run arounds. He however did not call and spoke with office staff who have no knowledge of any of the gate equipment. When asked Alan to explain it to me i was met with hostility. I apparently was causing him an inconvenience to explain to me what the actual problem would be seeing as how I run the facility. He told me that he only speaks with people who pay the bills as well as some other explicitly not professional words...we exchanged pleasantries and then he was no longer welcomed on our property. For this reason that I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and find someone else if you do not want to deal with the stress or the extra money that you probably don't need to spend to get your equipment up and running. They are definitely not professionals or very knowledgeable. Beware and get a second opinion if you do call them."
