"Very bad experience!!! When the technician came to my house the first time he order the replacement parts which only took three days to arrive, I call them to let them know I had received the parts and they sent the technician back, After the technician came to replace the parts the refrigerator didn’t work, he told me it was the manufacturer fault because they had sent him the wrong parts, he said he was going to order the right parts to come back which he never did, they completely forgot about me and never called me to give me any updates I had to keep calling to ask for updates and every time I call them they said someone was going to call me back with updates and no body ever call me, after a month without refrigerator I ask them for a refund they told me someone was going to call me for a resolution which they never did, I had to call them several Times and then they agreed to give me a refund but they keep the service fee which was unfair because the technician had no Idea what the problem was, It was a nightmare never call then again."

"Tony was wonderful! We had a bit of “hiccup” With a wall oven repair at no fault of the company, only our builder-go figure! This company was amazing from the start. Tony was on it and remained incredibly flexible. A big thank you as well to the customer service as well. Mika was amazing and attentive as well! Everyone was so amazing and accommodating!"

"I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for Wednesday between 11:00 A.M-1:00 P.M for a tech to come out and assess the washing machine issue. I received a text 10 mins before 11A.M on Wednesday the tech would be here shortly. No one came! Noon came and went. So, 12:05 I called to see if they were on there way. The lady that answered, in a time frame of 10 mins told me three different reasons why the tech wasn't there. The only option I had would be to reschedule for the following day. I asked if I would receive a discount for their inconvenience to me and she started talking in circles. I cancelled the appointment. This company is on my "DO NOT CALL LIST"! Horrible customer service!"

"From the call I made, they were very professional told me to tell them the problem with my washer, they send a technician and he was on point wend he arrived, he checked my washer and didn't hassle me to get my response I like that, So Tony the technician to me the problem, and gave me a price,told me it would be better to fix it and it would be as New I agreed told me it we got the part in the wearhouse should take -2 days parts came to NY House in 1 day next day Tony came o time and he fix it in no time very professional he stay and made sure it was working properly and resets all the programs in the washer, i would recommend Mr Appliances in Deltona to my family and friends. PS you get a year warranty on the parts that were installed."
