"Got us under contract with ~20% off promo, then started nickle and diming a kitchen remodel before install for an additional ~20%, so basically they after-added the 20% back on for 0 savings. Shoddy business practice in our opinion. Not returning for 3 bathroom remodels. Buyer beware."

"I tried to use a gift card online to order a tool that the website said was available at this store. Instead they called me and said they didn't have it and I would have to come to their service desk to get my money back. If I get my money back I'll never shop at home depot again. It should not be this hard to offset a gift card or to buy a tool advertised as available. If I wanted to come in I would have done that in the first place."

"I’ve always preferred the other hardware store until I started going to Home Depot. If someone sent me down in the middle of the store, I would never know which store I was in. The prices are pretty much the same. Some products are different. I did call customer support the other day on the phone and the lady was pretty rude. I’m not sure if she was in the Orange City store it went to the headquarter somewhere anyway didn’t get an answer to my question. She just hung up on me other than that I guess I will continue to shop there some the prices are competitive."
