"I feel like it is my responsibility as a human to leave a 1 star after seeing this community with my parents. This development fails to meet any planning ethics and is sprawling throughout our Big Cypress taking land from both our water-source and agriculture. The destructive place is killing everything just south of our healthiest and well managed natural area “Corkscrew”. The giant golf courses connected by their wide roads are then sprayed with Naled more than anywhere else in Florida for obvious reasons. That poison is effecting the birds and even the nearby agriculture, not to mention the health of the people breathing it in. No wonder the courses where empty even this week in our perfect weather. The developers either do not care for the health of their residents or community or they did not invite a planner into the decision making process. - Make sure to ask about the storm water management."

"Went for a visit to Ave Maria . It turned out surprisingly well . The town offered more than we anticipated . We're very much interested in buying a piece of property here . The town has alot to offer & safety & security seem to be a big thing here . Along with the feeling of community & inclusion . I mayhave found my next home !"
