"I booked a cruise with Jill south for April 2020. Upon booking with Jill, my wife and I, as well as my entire family, were told that our $600 deposit was fully refundable (we booked 3 cabins). I host foreign exchange students, and the student that is currently living with me is unable to go on the cruise.(her parents choice) So naturally I had to cancel my cruise. Upon cancellation, Jill informed me that my triple and quad rooms were booked under a non refundable promotion and we would not be receiving refund on those two rooms. Meanwhile, she sends my aunt emails full of information to forward to any of the family interested in booking....INCLUDING that the $200 per stateroom was 100% refundable! Now here is where it gets funny....my brother had a quad room booked and decided to cancel and recurved his entire refund. But she claims quad rooms are non refundable! I would not recommend this scam artist to my worst enemy!"

"We used Else Lopez as our travel agent. We would have been better off booking it ourselves. She was very disorganized and didn't even write our names and DOB correctly and that was just the start of it. Worst experience I have ever had with an agent."

"Elsie Lopez was our travel agent and she was totally unprofessional. She didn't have a clue what was going on and was very misleading. She didn't show up to appointments and if it wouldn't have been for us double checking the info she had entered we won't even have been allowed to board the ship. Avoid at all cost!! It is must easier to book directly through the cruise lines."
