We have done in booking twice the $$ in 2021-2022 than what our previous prop. mgmt. did along with an over the top service. Which said in their final email to us questing a $50 charge - “we haven’t made much this month so we are nickel and dimming what we can get” at that comment we left and have been fully satisfied with FPS completely.
