Publix Super Market at Columbia Promenade

"I have been going to this store for several years now. I got to know several of the employees and they are extremely personable. I have gone several times to find advertised items not available, because it is not carried. Today I went to the bakery to purchase a type of bread that was advertised, but was told it was not made today and to come back tomorrow. This is why I had to give 2 stars! If I remember correctly advertising something that is not ordered or carried is considered "False Advertising" or switch and baite!"

"Always clean, and the employees are friendly. Some of their prices are a bit absurd compared with other markets. The BOGO's are normally a good deal. It's a good place to shop as long as you take advantage of the BOGO's."

"When I first moved to the area and visited this store for the first time, the cashier and bagger didn't even acknowledge me. They carried on their own conversation and I told them to have a great day when I got my receipt, that's when they talked to me for the first time during the whole transaction. On a separate occasion my fiance had a gun pulled on him in the parking lot, which I understand Publix has no control over, but just so you know, that happened. All he was trying to do was help deescalate a situation because there were women and children around and these 2 guys were about to probably kill each other in your parking lot. (I am aware that it's his own fault for trying to help and be a good person), that woman and her children were frightened though. All the other times we have been to your store have been fine, the CSTL was helpful and friendly when the other lines were backed up. the other cashier that we normally see, Nora, is wonderful and always a delight."

"I come here often and always have a pleasurable experience. A gentleman by the name of Edward who was putting away fruits helped me. After helping me I proceeded to isle three at which point I couldn't find a product. Once again Edward to the rescue. Thanks a lot Edward for being so kind, patient, and helping me for a pleasurable shopping experience."
