"Such an AWFUL experience with this company, the travel agent Tammy Smith was non responsive and terrible to work with. She cancelled our booking without speaking to us after we paid in full and told us there was nothing she could do about it even through she never spoke to us about cancelling. Her recommendation was to dispute it with my credit card if I wanted any money back. This company stole money from myself and two other people who booked with them and we have nothing to show for it but a huge bill. She won’t respond to us to help us with any sort of travel credit from her wrong doing. I called the company for support and never received a call back. This company seems like a scam just trying to steal money from people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give no stars I would, they are an awful agency!"

"I became a travel professional with this company in 2015 and even though I didn't get the clientele as expected, I actually had fun learning about the travel business from this company. The recruiter was really nice and the training packet I received was very informative. I even had the entire cruise schedule for the 2015-2016 season! Like I said, I didn't get the clientele but the experience was priceless. Prestige gave me an experience with a lifetime of memories. They provided me access to all things travel from International rental cars, football/baseball cruises, family oriented hotels, European cruises, and so much more. I was able to become a certified Disney and Sandals/Beaches representative as well. I even attended an exclusive travel party just for local travel agents. I had an absolutely wonderful time and if I had a chance to do it again, I would. My love for travel led me to receive an online certificate in Hospitality and Tourism from NYU and that was an open door that my experience from Prestige gave me. When I saw the review for this pop up on my screen, I just had to share my story. I don't think people know what really goes on behind the scenes as a travel agent. Yes, people can look for their own trips, but to do the work for others, is a gift. There's so much detail in the planning process that people don't realize and once people see, their perspective of travel agents will change. It's just not about booking vacations, it's about the connection you make and the relationships that are formed and the time spent ensuring that you are providing customers with everything they are looking for. I hope this helps anyone looking to join Prestige. I just say go for it and enjoy the journey."

"Geraldine saved my family cruise! After having a terrible experience with another travel agency I reached out to Prestige Travel and spoke to Geraldine. Not only does she have the best customer service skills - she is also very knowledgeable about cruises and travel in general. She helped us avoid a HUGE problem with someone in our party who wanted to travel with an infant. She was able to custom book our large group, accommodating ALL of our needs - saved me hundreds of dollars and a massive amount of time. And she is wonderful to work with.
