"Consumer beware: Don't be fooled by their good reviews. Truly unprofessional! My thermostat broke. They told me they would come within the hour and they would charge a $120 service fee. Waited all day as they kept changing the time. When three guys finally arrived blowing their nose and spitting all over my yard, they said they would charge me $525 to change my thermostat! More than the entire system costs. I lost $120. Be smart. Call someone else."
